Responsibilities
To check and certify that the components delivered by suppliers are fully compliant with their definitions and the requirements set out in the contract using dimensional, visual or other processes and / or special measurement and inspection resources (measurements, readings, indicators plan, etc.).
Scope of Activities
To carry out some or all of the following activities :
Key missions

Conduct quality inspections within your scope of responsibility in order to certify product conformity :
Check product conformity
Complete and validate the associated records
Identify, isolate and record (FNC, NCM, supplier complaints, etc.) products identified as nonconforming or suspect, and contribute to their processing by implementing security measures
Carry out the necessary inspections (dimensions, appearance, texture, hardness, conductivity, welds and anodization for goods received / identification, quantity, appearance and marking for goods awaiting shipment) using the appropriate tools and measuring instruments
Isolate nonconforming products and those awaiting decision
Contribute to processing these products
Follow the procedure imposed, and contribute to preparing and applying the inspection report
Complete and validate the records and traceability documents
Work on problem-solving, and make proactive recommendations for process improvements
Ensure the application of good practices

Special missions (depending on flows and the working environment)

Check data compliance before validating and printing documents
Issue release documents (DAIN, EASA, CC, FRA, ETAT F)
Resolve nonconformities and monitor the associated performance indicators
Handle components

The activities are to be adapted for employees on work / study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
