DHL SUPPLY CHAIN France (2000 employees), leader in logistics, is recruiting an Animateur Lean et Process (OMS Champion) based in Croissy-Beaubourg (77).
The mission of the OMS Champion is to support the implementation of the standardization system for logistics operations and ensure its operational sustainability.
Reporting to the Site Director, your primary missions include:
Leading the implementation of the logistic operation standardization program (OMS) in the warehouse and supporting the deployment and maintenance of task standardization.
Engaging site managers (directors and team leaders) by training them on OMS Foundation with support from the OMS Advisor Siege.
Ensuring that the management team is properly trained on performance management tools and methodologies and that these trainings (users, maintenance, updates) are incorporated and maintained in the Excellence School program.
Regularly reviewing the implementation of the OMS with the OMS Advisor and the site director, and escalating issues or difficulties.
Ensuring alignment of the site management team and supporting the site management team to establish and maintain a high‑performing organization.
Encouraging standardization on site and bringing new ideas/potentials to the OMS Advisor.
Ensuring that objectives are well defined and performance indicators are updated.
Maintaining regular updates of key performance indicators.
Supporting the development and maintenance of the management review process and ensuring data entry for MRP.
Encouraging supervisors to follow TDM and confirming that routines and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Collaborating with OMS engineers during the implementation of the data system to define the specific OMS data system concept for the site and configure the use and routines for site managers (OMS connected connection principles).

Profil
You have a successful operational management experience in the logistics sector (ideally 3 years) and solid knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean management.
Your dynamism and leadership allow you to drive and motivate people in your projects. You are proactive and autonomous in achieving the set objectives. You have strong analytical and reflective capacity, enabling you to diagnose and propose solutions. You are a hands‑on person who enjoys leading projects on the shop floor (Kaizen, 5S, Lean, A3, etc.).
Operational English (B2) and proficiency in IT tools.
