Position and missions
Within the CIB and the IT GMR BPT, you join the REF & DQO team. Your mission will be to contribute to the expansion of the Corporate Actions Management (CAT) tool while ensuring a link with the teams based in Porto as part of projects related to the REF & DQO scope, with the objective of support and collaboration.
On a daily basis, your mission is to :
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and practices, while proposing innovative and effective solutions.
Concrete experience in managing external vendor market data: Bloomberg, S&P Markit
Knowledge of the SWIFT inter‑bank communication protocol
Contribute to project portfolio management by responding to evolution requests, ensuring IT support and monitoring releases.
Collaborate closely with IT developers and business teams to improve team efficiency between Paris and Porto.
Write quality functional specifications and documents to guide technical teams.
Manage complex topics and pilot projects in agile mode.
Ensure level 2 support for users.
Communicate regularly with the business teams and the Information Systems Department (DSI) on the progress of projects.

The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 days of telecommuting per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on‑site services like catering, gym or corporate concierge.
