In less than a decade, ManoMano has become a key player in the home improvement and renovation sector.
Launched in 2013, ManoMano is the reference online marketplace for DIY, home improvement and gardening. Co‑founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 5 000 seller partners and 10 million products, ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).
Motivated by the prospect of improving the living environment of their customers and convinced of the importance of the home market for sustainable consumption habits, the ManoMano teams want to help write a new page in their industry, which is struggling to reform itself.
The ambition of the founders and, above all, of ManoMano is to accompany this sector transformation with a strong culture of boldness, in an ingenious and frugal organization that places people and teams at the heart of the company's development.
In this context, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our key Chinese sellers, selling in all our platforms.
Missions

Management of a Key sellers portfolio identifying sales opportunities to grow overall business
Advise and continuously negotiate on selection, pricing competitiveness and stock management
Identify and provide advice on how to improve any business input that drives growth and improves end customer experience
Create a dedicated and personalized commercial relationship, building long‑term relationships with sellers across your portfolio
Follow closely the performance indicators to optimise sales growth
Act as an advisor to improve your portfolio performance, also coordinating and implementing transversal projects to maximise business volume and profitability in the short and mid term such as logistics, advertising or cross‑border operations
Engage sellers and frequently share valuable insights with them
Proactively build joint business plans
Continuously negotiate better partnership terms for ManoMano
Act as a point of escalation for seller issues, questions or concerns

Profile

4+ years of experience working in sales, account management or buying
Fluent in Chinese and English both written and spoken
Driven by the performance of sales targets, able to analyse them and draw up action plans to achieve objectives
Strong interest in the DIY sector and a general understanding of e‑commerce challenges (UX, B2B, selection, delivery experience, competitors…)
Strong business sense, ability to innovate and identify new opportunities
Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing top deals
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior business leaders
Data‑driven with strong analytical skills
Autonomous and adaptable, able to work in a constantly changing environment
