Position Description
Job title: Cybersecurity Engineer
Contract type: Permanent contract
Job Responsibilities

Analyse customer requirements: understanding the specific cybersecurity needs of railway projects, analysing specifications and technical clauses, summarising them and adding any regulatory and normative standards agreed with the customer.
Design cybersecurity solutions: create tailor‑made solutions that consider constraints and objectives, integrating cutting‑edge technologies to strengthen security of IT and OT systems.
Measure risks, map systems and draft specifications: assess risks on systems with stakeholders, draw up information‑system mapping and draft security requirements that must be applied.
Support in awarding contracts: assist the customer in identifying and selecting competent partners specialising in cybersecurity to carry out assignments.
Control execution of work: ensure rigorous monitoring of contractors’ compliance with cybersecurity work requirements.
Homologation and commissioning: actively participate in homologation of railway information systems (IT or OT) by compiling the homologation file to guarantee acceptability before commissioning.
Raise team awareness: present main risks, security standards and best practices, acting as a technical advisor for project teams and providing specific recommendations to strengthen system security.

Profile
You have at least 2 years of successful experience in information systems and cyber security, ideally in the rail transport or industrial sector. We also welcome candidates from related environments such as signalling, telecoms, weak currents or other industrial systems. In‑depth knowledge of railway systems and architecture is a major advantage.
Mastery or knowledge of cybersecurity standards and benchmarks such as EBIOS RM, NIST CSF, 27xxx is a plus.
Ability to work in a team, excellent communication and project management skills are required.
Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are appreciated.
A good written and spoken English level is required.
