BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the EMEA region.

What makes up your day
In this role, you will :

Support in updating and monitoring planned maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special system, etc.)
Communicate regularly about the progress of repairs and planned activities
Ensure follow-up and updates of activities in the filing system
Collaborate in tracking costs for the periodical reporting
Keep contact with the stores and internal stakeholders for all type of maintenance and improvement operations
Support tracking maintenance requests, ensuring that works are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
Participate in regular checks to ensure maintenance activities are conducted in line with defined standards and contractual agreements, monitoring vendor KPIs.

Knowledge of CAD
Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, in particular Excel
High flexibility and reactivity
Previous 6-month experience (at least) in the role
Technical expertise on plant and retail environment is a plus
University Degree (Architecture / Engineering)
Fluent English and Italian, French or German is a plus
Availability to attend business trips
