Job location and contract
We are recruiting a Responsable boutique (H/F) for our MOA boutique located at Nîmes Cap Costières (30900). This is a full‑time, 35‑hour contract (CDI).
Responsibilities

Establish a relationship of trust with customers through sales expertise.
Analyze commercial indicators and implement action plans to achieve objectives.
Manage and refresh merchandising, ensuring the visual presentation of the store and windows.
Recruit and develop team members.
Advocate the brand's values and DNA.

Qualifications

Proven operational experience as a boutique manager.
Team orientation, motivated by collaboration.
Result‑driven with a passion for challenges.
Innovative and creative mindset, proposing original ideas.
Customer‑service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
