Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant. Based in Guilherand-Granges, the Sales Assistant will manage customer communications, initial lead qualification and support the sales team in delivering business objectives. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing sample requests, managing customer portal records, and assisting customers in their path to launch and production. The Sales Assistant will also collaborate closely with team members to ensure optimal client satisfaction and seamless processes.
This mandate starts with a limited duration contract of 6 months, with possibility of a permanent position following this.
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Effective communication and customer service skills to engage with clients professionally and address their needs
A solid foundation in sales and organization skills to manage operations, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales targets
Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving capabilities
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for sales and client management
Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment
Fluency in French and English is a requirement.
