Senior Business Developer
Xpollens is the Banking-as-a-Service platform of Groupe BPCE, reinventing the way payments are made.
We are transforming how businesses integrate and use payment services. Thanks to our 100% API-based infrastructure and our status as an Electronic Money Institution approved by the ACPR, we offer fintechs, retailers, marketplaces, and large companies a simple and secure solution to embed payment features directly into their processes and offerings.
Our modular platform adapts to every need: account opening and management, virtual IBANs, Visa card issuing, real-time transfers… We support clients such as Adeo (Leroy Merlin), Autodoc, Money Walkie, and Nirio (FDJ) in their payment initiatives.

As a Senior Business Developer, your main objective will be to identify and convert leads and acquire new clients to grow Xpollens' revenue. As a key player in the launch of the Xpollens offer, you will be involved in defining the sales strategy and creating commercial offers.
What You’ll Do

Pitch Xpollens' products and/or services
Manage responses to calls for tenders
Develop outbound strategies for various target markets.
Report market information and trends from the field
Develop executive relationship with key targets / top accounts (CEO, CTO, CPO, VP payment)
Interact with other Xpollens teams (mainly Product, Compliance and IT) to answer RFQ and achieve commercial targets.
Maintain a high degree of transparency in pipeline management, pricing negotiations with top management.
Contribute to the definition of the Go-To-Market strategy

Requirements

8 to 15 years of experience as a Business Developer or Presales professional, ideally within the Payment industry, in a rapidly growing company operating in a B2B2B or B2B2C context.
Excellent understanding of managing a sales pipeline and priorities between hunting & nurturing phases.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to business development leaders, executives, product managers, engineers, legal teams.
Fluency in English & French.
