Be the game-changer who transforms our procurement processes and drives meaningful results!Key Responsibilities :Be the Leader in Supplier Relations : Act as the main communication hub for our suppliers, ensuring collaboration and alignment on initiatives that matter.Champion RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs : Take charge of designing and executing Requests for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), leading the way in supplier negotiations and securing optimal terms.Deliver Remarkable Outcomes : Create value by identifying and implementing savings and dual sourcing projects.Become a Market Insights Expert : Dive deep into supply market facts and trends to extract valuable insights that will guide our sourcing strategies.Design Cutting-Edge Sourcing Strategies : Collaborate with our global teams to tailor sourcing strategies that meet diverse business needs, driving efficiency and savings across the board.Implement Game-Changing Strategies Globally : Partner with teams around the world to implement innovative buy strategies that resonate across regions and drive consistent results.Communicate with Impact : Use your exceptional communication and influencing skills to inspire collaboration and make strategic decisions.Qualifications :Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (is a plus), Chemistry (is a plus), Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.Experience in procurement, with a flair for sourcing excellence.Knowledge and experience ofRaw Materials, Contract Manufacturing and Indirect commodities (OM&S, MRO, Environmental, capex)A Project Management certification is a major plus!Six sigma experience is a plusCPSM certification is a plusWhat You Bring :A passion for sourcing with a strong grasp of buying categories and supplier management.An analytical mindset that turns numbers into strategic insights.The ability to juggle multiple projects with agility and adapt plans on-the-fly.A commitment to high ethical standards and integrity in all dealings.Join our Talent Community
