Job Description
You will be part of a team developing Structural Standard parts supplier around the world. As part of the Hardware Structural Supply Chain Quality Team, you will be involved in monitoring and qualifying suppliers for Airbus Commercial, aiming for on time, on quality, on cost delivery towards Airbus.

Your challenges

Lead Transfer of Works (TOW) between G5 and G9
Lead Industrial Qualification of Standard Parts in appropriate tools (e.g. NSPI)
Secure Supplier Approval and Run Supplier Control Review
Assess, pronounce supplier approvability/approval
Verify compliance to applicable requirements and secure convergence to industrial maturity target (supplier capability & capacity)
Secure Supplier Deliveries to protect Airbus production units
Consolidate and analyse the supplier performance picture, manage manufacturing non-conformance
Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for on time, on quality (and on cost when applicable) performance

Your boarding card

Experience in Supply Chain & Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering or Customer Support
Supply Chain fundamentals: APICS Basics or equivalent
Product knowledge: Engineering background is an asset
Quality Standards/Methods: Knowledge of problem solving methods and process improvement skills (SPC, MSA, etc); knowledge of quality standards and regulations (QMS, Nadcap, EMS…) is an asset
Project Management: Experience and expertise in project management
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, experience in multicultural teams, stakeholder management
Language skills: English on negotiation level, German or French is a plus for this position.
