The candidate, reporting to the Sustainability Supervisor, will be responsible for developing projects to promote sustainability locally. As part of this, he/she will be responsible for integrating the sustainability reporting process between the individual sites and the Group worldwide. I.e. in detail:

Responsible for creating and communicating sustainability reporting processes.
Development of relevant data for the preparation of the sustainability report.
Review sustainability KPIs to identify, analyze and correct deviations of the current process in line with generally applicable standards.
Review progress and promote sustainability projects aimed at creating a culture of sustainability.
Plan and conduct training on sustainability tools and internal audits to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
Participate in the risk assessment related to company's sustainability performances.
Continuously review regulatory framework for sustainability, trends and benchmarking.

Requirements:

Degree in Environmental Science, Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Economics for the Environment and Sustainability or similar.
At least 1/2 years of practical experience in the field of QHSE or sustainability
Additional training as energy or mobility manager is an advantage
Willingness to travel at home and abroad
