Our client is a growing InsurTech provider in France within a very successful software group used by over 100,000 insurers and brokers globally. Due to some recent client acquisitions, a need has come up to recruit an experieced Business Analyst in Paris.
Working in conjunction with Project Managers and other Business Analysts, the successful candidate will have the following:
Responsibilities

Learn about all applications of the platform to then specialise in one of them (claims, web, accounting, automation...) and lead a team of junior Business Analysts
Ensure the collection, analysis and documentation of insurer and broker needs
Liaise with international IT teams to ensure that the needs are understood properly and that the software meets demanding quality standards, guaranteeing a timely delivery and world-class communication to customers
Support and advise clients in their digital transformation
Intervene on the entire value chain of insurers and brokers and ensure customer satisfaction
Collect and address pain points and challenges
Participate in the design of tailor‑made technological solutions
Train company new joiners

Main requirements

Full right to work in France without any restrictions
Bac+3 minimum
Native level of French and fluent English
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, AMOA or similar position in an insurance company, brokerage or InsurTech provider
Experience and knowledge of IARD (General) Insurance
Passion for technology and digital transformation
Analytical mind, easy-going personality, proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, goal-oriented, ability to work independently as well as in teams

The role is hybrid- 3 days a week in the offices located in Paris La Défense. Package includes a base salary around €70,000-75,000 p.a. depending on experience, performance bonus, RTT, AXA prévoyance, pension, gym and cantine discounts.
