We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of APU Compounding & Filling to join our team in Le Trait, France. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality products to patients while ensuring compliance with GMP/HSES rules and internal regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the APU Compounding & Filling team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, environment, and security rules within the APU
Drive problem-solving initiatives and process improvements (simplification, standardization, digitalization)
Manage APU performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve targets
Validate production schedules, integrating maintenance-project interventions and qualifications
Collaborate with global functions and the Sanofi network to achieve site objectives
Contribute to the smooth running of internal and external audits

About you
Qualifications / Experience / Language

Pharmacist or Engineer with confirmed experience in a sterile pharmaceutical industrial environment (production, technical, or quality)
At least 5 years of experience managing a significant team (>50 people)
Deep knowledge of FDA inspections and GMP regulations
Familiarity with sector processes (knowledge of injectables is an asset)
Fluent in English and French
