As a Back Office Assistant, and a valued member of the Milano Duomo team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Support Store Managers in planning store team shifts and monitoring anomalies in the company management system.
Plan holiday schedules and training schedules.
Organisation of new resource recruitment: screening applications, interview schedule.
Welcoming new joiners: onboarding planning, document preparation and archiving.
Management of supplies (on management systems, other external suppliers), knowledge of SAP.
Application of company procedures (regulations, safety procedures).
Continuously improve the efficiency and maintenance of operations relating to Store Warehouse Audits.

Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
