Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee site execution for a major data centre project in Paris. The role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and driving progress to meet project milestones.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily site operations across CSA/M&E works.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Enforce EHS standards and site procedures.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to senior leadership.
Support handovers, testing, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

Proven experience on large-scale or hyperscale data centre projects.
Strong CSA and/or MEP understanding.
Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management.
Fluent in French and English.
Strong knowledge of European construction and EHS standards.
12-month freelance contract
January start, Paris-based, full-time on site
