Purpose of the job
Compliance Support & Governance

Ensure existing compliance policies and procedures are effective, up-to-date, and properly implemented.
Provide clear, practical compliance advice to commercial, medical, and corporate teams.

Risk Management & Investigations

Contribute to compliance risk assessments and help identify appropriate mitigation actions.
Support or lead investigations into potential compliance breaches and help define corrective actions.
Review incidents and provide recommendations to ensure issues are addressed appropriately.

Training & Culture

Develop and deliver compliance trainings on ethics, HCP interactions, and company policies.
Promote compliance awareness and foster a culture of integrity across the organization.

Reporting & Collaboration

Support the preparation of compliance dashboards and reports for leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist during audits or reviews when required.

Expected Competencies

Legal degree (LLB or equivalent).
At least 5 years of experience in compliance, with proven successful experience in pharmaceutical compliance, including hands‑on experience with HCP interactions.
Good understanding of relevant compliance frameworks and industry standards.
Ability to advise teams and interact with senior stakeholders.

Skills

Understanding of compliance principles and risk awareness.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Fluency in English and ease in a multicultural environment.

Important information : This position is based in Monaco, and candidates must reside in Alpes‑Maritimes (06). Relocation assistance will be provided for the right individual.
