What You'll Be Doing Your Role as a French Customer Advisor
You'll be the first point of contact between customers and a world-renowned brand, making sure their questions are answered, their issues resolved, and their day made better.
Support customers by phone, chat, or email in French
Solve technical or general issues using documentation and training tools
Represent the brand with clarity, care, and professionalism
Recommend solutions and educate users where possible
Document all interactions and maintain customer satisfaction KPIs

Must-Have Skills

Fluent in French
At least B2 English (for internal communication)
Confidence using a computer and navigating support tools
Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills

Adaptability to rotating shifts and dynamic environments
