Global Business Controller Expert – CEVA Logistics
We are seeking an experienced Global Business Controller Expert to join our Global FP&A & Functional Business Control team. In this role, you will support the control and reporting of the Group SG&A costs, working closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities

Prepare consolidated SG&A cost reports across functions, products, and regions.
Ensure reliability of report submissions by establishing and maintaining standards across the organization.
Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts to explain performance trends.
Support month‑end closing, reviewing transactions, and adjusting accrual entries for corporate entities.
Participate in the annual budgeting process and review budget performance.
Ensure forecasts align with strategic objectives and assumptions.
Provide insightful analyses to support senior management decision‑making.
Track, validate, and process inter‑company invoices, maintaining alignment with HR and financial systems.
Optimize workflows and manage provisions for missing invoices to support global operations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required.
6–8 years of experience in FP&A.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to synthesize data into insights for senior management and propose recommendations.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with OneStream a plus.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Highly motivated; able to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
Results‑oriented, pragmatic, hands‑on, and proactive.
