Role Overview
We are looking for a Brazil‑based freelance Guest Experience Specialist to join our Night Operations Team. You’ll provide 24/7 support to guests during European night hours, ensuring smooth stays and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide fast, friendly, and professional support via email, chat, and phone.
Resolve booking‑related issues, payment errors, or double bookings.
Act as the first point of contact for guests with active reservations.
Coordinate with local teams to solve urgent problems (maintenance, cleaning, Wi‑Fi, etc.).
Follow up to ensure guests’ issues are fully resolved.
Learn and use GuestReady’s tools and processes to handle cases efficiently.
Delight guests by offering tips, arranging special requests, or creative solutions.
What You’ll Need
Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish/French is a plus).
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
Proactive, independent, and problem‑solving mindset.
Comfortable with digital tools and tech platforms.
Available to work European night hours.
Positive, resilient, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
