HEAD OF B2B MARKETING
At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our ambition is to revolutionize the way people shop, empowering them to find what they need, make informed purchasing decisions, and save money.
ABOUT
Joko is a tech company founded in Paris. Our team of over 75 talents is international and spread across offices in Paris, Barcelona and New York, or working remotely. As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of the communities we serve, including the 4 million consumers already using Joko to save money every day at over 7,000 merchants.
Over the years, we have quickly expanded our value proposition to enable consumers to make smarter shopping decisions through many features: cash back, buy now and pay later, automatic coupons, price drop alerts, carbon footprint tracking, and more. Today, we are dedicating significant resources to developing an AI‑powered assistant that helps users find the right product based on their criteria for price, quality, or environmental impact from the global e‑commerce catalog.
After reaching profitability in our core market, we are now expanding internationally with a primary focus on the US. It’s still day 1; come build the future of shopping with us!
JOB DESCRIPTION
At Joko, our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money. Our marketing team’s main mission is to get our product into the hands and hearts of millions of users around the world. The B2B Marketing department positions Joko as the top partner for retailers’ marketing teams, and aims to build the most desired employer brand possible.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Head of B2B Marketing, you'll report directly to the CMO and work hand in hand with business line owners. You'll be responsible for building, running, and improving Joko's B2B marketing engine. Your goal: make Joko the most trusted marketing partner for retailers by generating qualified leads, supporting Sales and Account Management, and amplifying our visibility in the market. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement Joko's B2B Marketing Growth engine to position Joko as a leading player in the retail ecosystem and attract and retain the biggest merchants on our platform in France and the US, leveraging AI, innovative ideas, and new technologies to scale impact.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure seamless alignment and communication across all marketing initiatives.
Build and deliver impactful marketing assets and account‑based marketing tactics that convert, from pitch decks and case studies to market studies, newsletters, and website management.
Elevate Joko’s presence in the market through event strategy by creating and executing owned events, as well as managing participation in third‑party events such as 1to1 Monaco, Biarritz and international events.
Lead and grow a high‑performing team: manage, mentor, and support current and future B2B marketing teammates.
Track and analyze key B2B marketing KPIs, using insights to continuously drive lead generation and deal acceleration.
