About the Role
You will report to the CPTO and lead a 11‑person product organization, including Product Owners, QA, and Product Design (UX/UI). Your mission is to own product strategy and roadmap, partner with Engineering for delivery, and maximize impact on adoption, retention, and revenue.

Drive full product lifecycle: discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch, and impact measurement.
Establish product quality and reliability standards with QA: test strategy, automation, regression prevention, release gates.
Partner with Engineering leadership on scoping, estimates, delivery plans, and production health.
Shape feature packaging and launch strategy with GTM teams; ensure adoption and measurable ROI.
Own product compliance, privacy‑by‑design, accessibility, and security in collaboration with Legal/Security.
