Responsibilities
Support HR compliance and labor relations – Under the DRH, assist the company in meeting legal obligations and managing individual labor relations, ensuring HR practices align with both company and employee interests.
Legal & Contracts – Draft contracts and amendments, track critical deadlines, advise managers, and maintain active compliance monitoring.
Contentious & Risks – Analyze sensitive situations, evaluate risks, and manage litigation in France and internationally in collaboration with external counsel.
Social Relations & IRP – Lead social dialogue: organize IRP meetings, draft minutes, prepare topics, pilot professional elections, and manage the lifecycle of collective agreements.
Compliance, Ethics & CSRD – Contribute to anti‑corruption, ethics, and compliance initiatives, and participate in CSRD work and future regulatory obligations.
Qualifications
Superior education in social law and at least one experience (internship, alternance, or first position) with similar subjects, preferably in a company.
Strong mastery of social law and contractual processes.
Skill in managing legal risk and analyzing content.
Professional English proficiency.
Rigor, diplomacy, critical thinking, professional demeanor, and clear communication.
