MEDECIN DU TRAVAIL - F / HPermanentJob title of the line manager : Employee Relations Director Job title of the functional manager (if any) : Responsibilities : The occupational physician plays an exclusively preventive role : improving living and working conditions, preventing any deterioration in the health of workers by supervising their occupational health conditions, any risks of contagion and their general state of health, adapting workstations to meet the health needs of individuals, and providing health education and information within the company.Scope of ActivitiesTo carry out some or all of the following activities :Develop and implement company health policies as part of human resources managementContribute to the definition and implementation of health risk and accident prevention plans in conjunction with the Health, Safety and Risk Prevention Department : analyze company working conditions, identify occupational risks (accidents and illnesses), make measurements (with particular emphasis on biometrology) to quantify the use of hazardous products, and propose risk prevention measuresPrevent and screen for psychosocial risks, and improve quality of work life.Prevent the risk posed by the consumption of alcohol, narcotics and psychotropic drugs in the company.Analyze the effects of workstations, techniques and work patterns on human physiology, and propose workstation adaptations for disabled workersRegularly review and determine the suitability of personnel for their workstation : screen and examine employees on the basis of the risks to which they are exposed, screening for any changes in health as a result of working conditions, propose therapeutic care, and provide education on accident risk prevention and health issuesPrepare employee monitoring protocols that define the frequency and content of examinations, and delegate certain tasks to your support staff.Organize in-company accident risk prevention and health education campaigns that relate directly to the work involvedWrite the documents required for regulatory compliance.Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organizationThe activities are to be adapted for employees on work / study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnelEnsure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)Support QSE maturity development in your sector5 years’ further eduction at Business / (General) Engineering graduate school3-7 years’ experience
