You will help shape Excelya’s growth trajectory through strategic acquisitions, expanding our footprint in healthcare and life sciences.
Main Responsibilities

Translate corporate strategy into a dynamic M&A blueprint aligned with Excelya’s growth ambitions
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential targets through market mapping, outreach, and CRM management
Screen and qualify targets using strategic, financial, and cultural criteria to ensure alignment with Excelya’s values and goals

You will also work in:

Shape deals and develop pre-LOI business cases, including synergy modeling, valuation guardrails, and integration roadmaps
Coordinate diligence workstreams and support deal execution from LOI to signing
Ensure Day-1 readiness and contribute to post-merger integration planning and execution
Track benefits and lessons learned to continuously improve Excelya’s M&A playbook

About You

Experience: Proven experience managing M&A processes end-to-end, ideally in healthcare or life sciences across Europe and high-growth geographies
Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, stakeholder coordination, CRM pipeline management, and communication skills
Education: Background in business, finance, strategy, or a related field is a strong asset
Languages: Fluency in English is required, French fluency as well as any other European languages are a plus
