Missions Principales
Occupant the hierarchical responsibility of the ESAT Manager, the workshop monitor supports disabled workers in their autonomy and professional reintegration by providing technical skills and participating in the production process.
1 – Educative
Accompany workers in the activity taking into account each individual's difficulties (physical, mental, social…), while ensuring production according to defined objectives.
As a trainer, adapt educational action to acquire technical knowledge to workers with psychical disability.
Individual project: evaluate, help, and build the personalized project with the worker, in liaison with the coordination team of the establishment.
Ensure supervision in workshop activities and support.
2 – Technique
Plan and organize material means to work under the best conditions (hygiene, safety, ergonomics).
Schedule and distribute tasks.
Organize work stations.
Decompose tasks into professional operations from simplest to most complex.
Assign work stations based on handicap and individual skills.
Assess and evaluate the performance of each worker in a setting of mental disability.
3 – Fonctions
Ensure responsibility for supervising disabled workers in workshop activities (work introduction, acquisition of technical skills).
Ensure responsibility for the production to be realized, stocks, quotes, deadlines, quality control, and relationships with buyers.
Serve as link between socio‑medical support and disabled workers (participation in support actions for accepted people).
Participate in annual evaluation and individual project of workers.
Votre profil
Diplôme moniteur d’atelier and/or equivalent;
Knowledge of the workshop monitor role and sense of responsibility;
Desired experience in managing and accompanying disabled workers;
Versatility;
Weekend and holiday on‑call duty;
Possession of driving licence B;

de 27.038 € brut à 35.260 € brut annuel (selon expérience) + prime annuelle
