National Key Account Manager-France
Working mode : on-site, paris
Key responsibilities

Drive growth across existing retail channels, strengthening relationships and optimising performance
Lead yearly negotiations with national retailers at a 3-net level, ensuring alignment with Anker Innovation guidelines
Identify and unlock new business opportunities for all Anker Innovations brands : Anker, Eufy and Soundcore
Develop and execute account specific joint business plans, with clear monthly KPIs and corrective action plans when needed
Think long-term and strategically, setting ambitious yet achievable objectives to sustainably grow your accounts
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis
Plan and manage promotional strategies and budgets in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring impactful execution
Continuously optimise performance through regular KPI analysis, identify gaps and opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, warehousing, and logistics to ensure seamless execution from order to delivery
Champion operational excellence, proactively identifying ways to improve internal processes and customer experience
Represent the brand externally, attending seminars, conferences, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends and foester strategic relationships

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in Business development, Key Accounts Management at a national level in the consumer electronics and / or FMCG industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Thrives in fast-paced, lean environments, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and resilience
Experience managing omni channel strategies is a plus, including both offline retail and e-retail
Fluent in French and English.
