About the roleJoin our team as Pricing Strategy & Sales Operations Analyst , reporting to Sales support & pricing Europe director. In this role, you will join a dynamic team & participate in the growth of data center vertical at Carrier.You will be the key contact for pre-sales and sales across Europe on QuantumLeap™ lifecycle solutionsThis role drives operational excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction while embodying Carrier’s values : Respect, Integrity, Inclusion, Innovation, and Excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and verify data (customer details, technical specs, ....).Prepare pricing sheets and ensure alignment with approved pricing policiesMaintain pricing databases, historical quotes, and estimation templates.Ensure compliance with internal approval workflowLiaise with sales, finance, and technical teams for any missing informationSupport RFP submissions by consolidating pricing and technical documentsManage pipeline reviews with all country leaders and share comprehensive view for forecast purposesPrepare internal reports on quote volumes, turnaround times, and accuracy.Track KPIs such as margin compliance, approval, and win / loss ratios.Maintain dashboards for management visibilityProvide trend analysis for cost fluctuations and estimation accuracy.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Fluent English, both written & spokenMinimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related roleProficiency in Excel.
