This position is based at our plant in Estrées Saint Denis (10 minutes from Compiègne).Process Project LeaderReporting to the Process Manager, this role will contribute to the local and the EMEA Process Engineering team, with the main following missions :As the Process Project Leader you will :Optimize the processes to achieve better product quality and production efficiencyDevelop and implement innovative technology to support the company growth and market needsReduce the environmental impact of the production (reduce CO emission, energy and water consumption)Lead projects and be accountable for the outcomeConduct on-field work with process equipment to troubleshoot and enhance operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective productionYour profile :Master’s degree in chemical or polymer engineering or any related field of studyKnowledge in technologies to process polyolefin materialsStatistical analysis capabilitiesAdvanced office user (including macro for office suite)Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and structured text is beneficialProficiency in French and English.
