For an increase in the plant staff in the province of Turin, we were commissioned to select theQuality ManagerThe resource, oversee and continuously improve the Company Quality Management System and will have to work with a very operational and pragmatic approach and attitude, collaborating daily with all company entities and spending a lot of time in production and in the Workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, update, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standardsLead the quality team and supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspection activitiesPrepare and maintain quality documentation (Control Plans, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.)Handle internal and external audits, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actionsCollaborate with the technical office and production department for process improvement initiativesAnalyze customer complaints and lead problem-solving and improvement plansPerform dimensional inspections using CMM machines and PolyWorks softwareAccurately interpret complex technical mechanical drawingsTrain staff on quality procedures and standardsRequirementsTechnical degree (Mechanical Engineering or similar)Solid experience in a similar role within the automotive sectorIn-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standardsStrong skills in reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawingsProficiency in the use of measuring tools and CMM (Mitutoyo with PolyWorks software)Knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPCVery good in English, written and spokenExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standardsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskLocation : province of Turin
