Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Join to apply for the Regional Sales Manager role at Flexa GmbH & Co Produktion und Vertrieb KG.

Your Tasks

Acquisition of new customers: Identification and development of new client relationships to expand the customer base.
Management of existing clients: Maintaining and developing established accounts to ensure long‑term partnerships.
Exploration of potential markets and opportunities for FLEXA products and development of market entry strategies.
Design and assessment of new product concepts based on market research and customer feedback.
Preparation of quarterly written reports covering sales activities, emerging market trends, and performance against targets.
Conducting on‑site product training for partners and new customers.
Monitoring and follow‑up of proposals and leads to secure an effective sales strategy.
Development and management of the annual budget plan.
Identification, formulation, and implementation of revenue growth initiatives.
Close cooperation with marketing and product development, execution of market research, as well as attendance at exhibitions and conferences.

Your Profile

A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification/training with relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Several years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or in a similar senior sales position.
Capability of measuring and analyzing key performance indicators.
Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
Excellent communication skills in English and French as well as a strategic mindset.
German language skills are an advantage but not strictly required.
