Jobs, missions and profiles
The Regional Sales Manager (M/F) will work proactively to develop his/her region. He or she will work as part of the sales team, in liaison with the technical team and our partners in the AVEVA ecosystem. As a key player in the commercial development of our Software activities in the region, he/she will play an active role in promoting the product offering, and will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy in conjunction with marketing.
Post & Missions

A true ambassador for the company and its solutions to both customers and key partners
Significant development of business volume with defined accounts and prospecting for new accounts
Responsible for meeting sales targets in the areas defined
Design, advice, qualification, preparation and follow-up of commercial offers
Prospecting for allocated accounts, supported by marketing campaigns
Management of the installed base for the offer dedicated to supervision, archiving of data
Management of end-customer and integrator customers
Sales reporting to the Sales Director / Team Leader for the region, including forecasts, the Opportunity Pipe, actions taken and projects in progress
To be a real source of proposals for the offering, its marketing and its development organisation to support the development of the Software department

Profil

Advanced technical and/or commercial training
At least 3 years' successful sales experience
Sales skills in technical environments implementing industrial solutions industrial solutions
Previous experience in industrial project management is preferred
Autonomous and an active contributor to the development of the region
An entrepreneurial attitude is a key factor in this role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and a proactive attitude
Excellent presentation and organisational skills combined with the ability to interact with customers at all levels, and the ability to express oneself clearly in the technical sector
Fluent professional English
