As a store assistant manager, you support the store manager and act as the right hand.
AT A GLANCE: Three main objectives:

Motivation of staff – manage 5 to 7 sales advisers, train new hires, monitor objectives, foster a positive climate.
Customer satisfaction – maintain store standards, care for client and supplier relationships, proactively anticipate customer needs, promote brand image.
Store performance – participate in store evolution, control product availability, optimize monthly schedules.

Required qualities/skills:

Background in commerce/retail.
Management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Cheerful, dynamic, creative.
Interest in events is a plus.

Contract, salary and benefits:

Permanent contract, 39 hours/week.
Salary based on profile.
