What you’ll do :

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience both in-store and remotely.
Manage and nurture relationships with top clients, ensuring long-term loyalty.
Leverage CRM and clienteling tools to drive distance selling
Support cross-selling opportunities across product categories.

What I am looking for :

A senior luxury retail profile with at least 10 years’ experience in boutiques.
Strong expertise in clienteling and sales
A natural presence on the floor, able to represent the brand with charisma and excellence.
