We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Specialist for a key client based in Strasbourg, France.
Coordinate day‑to‑day service delivery in line with SLAs.
Support incident management and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain effective relationships with operational teams.
Prepare operational and incident reports.
Ensure quality throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
Analyse performance data to identify improvements.
Support the transition of new projects and services into BAU.
Assist with Problem and Release Management activities.
Coordinate problem resolution with internal teams and vendors.
Monitor Problem Management KPIs and handle escalations.
Requirements
ICT-related Master’s degree or 4 years of higher education.
At least 4 years of relevant experience.
At least 2 years of Change/Incident/Problem Management or Project Management experience.
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Project, MS Excel and MS Visio.
Strong problem‑solving, people‑management and communication skills.
Excellent ability to manage multiple high‑priority efforts and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements.
Self‑driven and resourceful, able to achieve goals autonomously and work well in a group.

English B2 (or higher).
Location
Strasbourg, France (mainly on‑site).
