AWS is seeking an experienced sales professional to help manage the customer relationship in Media and Entertainment industry. As an Sr. Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Cloud Computing adoption within the most dynamic companies in Korea. Your responsibilities will include communicating with the customer’s leadership team, with the goals of maximizing customer success and customer satisfaction.Key job responsibilitiesDrive cloud usage growth and market share in the assigned territoryMeet or exceed business goalsDevelop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory planCreate & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS servicesWork with partners to extend reach & drive adoptionManage and support customer interactionsDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsEnsure customer satisfactionThe account manager will closely work with customers in Media and Entertainment industry to promote AWS services in a defined territory or industry vertical and help customer to adopt cloud as a trusted advisorThe account manager should maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and work with partners to extend reach & promote adoptionThe account manager should orchestrate resources for executions in center of engagement and work with SA(Solutions architect), Business development, Professional service, Partner, and necessarily global teams to execute planAbout the teamAmazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform.
