Cpl Healthcare is working with their client in the recruitment of dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join a well established dementia community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about dementia care, values holistic nursing, and thrives in a close-knit, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care to our 18 residents (3 houses with 6 residents in each)
Maintain professional nursing standards in line with NMBI guidelines.
Participate in care planning, documentation, and evaluation.
Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and autonomy at all times.
Support infection prevention, clinical audits, and service improvements.
Participate in training, mentoring, and performance development.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with active registration with NMBI.
Demonstrated knowledge of dementia-specific care (previous experience desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, empathetic, and resident-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
