Mission
In agreement with the General Manager and the CEO, lead high-impact strategic programs by aligning business objectives with operational initiatives. The strategic program manager ensures the coherence, performance, and success of cross programs in a context of strong growth and with a goal of value creation.
Main responsibilities
Work closely with the GM to pilot strategic projects decided by the CEO
Define and structure strategic programs in line with the company's objectives
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
Ensure coordination between different projects and stakeholders (internal and external)
Implement performance indicators and monitor program progress
Facilitate executive-level decision-making through clear and concise reporting
Support change and encourage team buy-in
Conduct strategic monitoring and propose continuous improvement initiatives
Educational background / diplomas :
Engineer degree in related field, Business school
Advanced degree required, MBA a plus
International experience required
Required experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience as strategic programs / projects leader, or COO in a medium-size high-tech company
Hands on experience helping a company transition through organizational life cycle stages
Variety of international leadership positions
Track record of driving 50% plus revenue growth in operating business units
Proven ability to integrate ever evolving [JO1] of the company and its environment
