Position Overview
Lead a Test Automation team within a large-scale transformation initiative. The role requires extensive experience in configuring, evolving, and delivering automation solutions for both functional and automation testing teams, operating within an Onshore/Offshore model and client-facing context.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage functional and automation testing teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Design, implement, and optimize automation frameworks using Selenium (v4/5) and CI/CD pipelines.\lPropose and deliver value-added acceleration strategies and process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices across Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP), and SAFe methodologies.

Qualifications

B2 level proficiency with 10+ years of experience in test automation.
Strong stakeholder‑management skills and proven experience with large‑scale transformation projects.
Hands‑on experience with Selenium, C#, keyword, data‑driven, hybrid, and BDD frameworks.
Experience leading automation teams and working in customer‑facing environments.
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and best practices.
Self‑starter with the ability to hit the ground running.
