You will drive (based on BH guidelines) regional adaptation, coordination, and implementation of the brand initiatives across Drunk Elephant & Dr. Dennis Gross.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPR & e-PRDefine and coordinate EMEA and local Print & Digital Web strategies.Define the annual communication planShare global strategies with local markets, gather local plans, and ensure alignment and executionOversee daily PR and E-PR activities across marketsIdentify & facilitate the awardsInfluenceLead and execute the regional influence strategy (full pyramid from Mega to Micro / nano)Coordinate & approve Paid influence contents : casting / vetting, creative briefs, and content validationDevelop and oversee seeding strategies ahead of launches (calendar, forecast, deliveries)Support the acceleration of the Micro / nano clusterWork with media team & market on dedicated content for media boostingEventsBuild and manage regional brand event calendar (guidelines, briefs, coordination)Lead press and influencer trips : from concept to execution (budgeting, communication tools, logistics, agency coordination).Support local markets in event planning : review and validate guest lists, venues, scenography, gifting, etc.Back-OfficePurchase Orders ManagementRe-invoicing management with BH & FinanceForecast & Deliveries of SWAG & ProductsInventoryOrganization of the network basePROFILE2-4 years experienced in the Beauty at an International LevelGood knowledge of skincare & social ecosphereFluent in English (speaking and writing)Excellent project management skillsCapacity to manage multiple projects, interlocutors and work under pressureRigorous / Autonomous / Source of proposalsWilling to travel
