About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Accountant (Chinese & French) to join our finance team in France.
In this role, you will manage local accounting (PCG/French GAAP) and daily tax compliance, ensuring full regulatory accuracy and reliability of financial data. You’ll also contribute to financial reporting and analysis to support management decisions.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is highly valued for effective communication with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage general accounting and AP/AR cycles (data entry, reconciliation, bank statements, fixed assets).
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and internal/group reporting.
Handle tax declarations (VAT, corporate tax, other taxes) and ensure legal compliance.
Use ERP/accounting software (Sage, Cegid, SAP, or equivalent) to monitor transactions.
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support management decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and internal controls.

Profile
✅ Proven experience in general and local accounting (PCG/French GAAP).
✅ Strong skills in financial control, audit, and analysis.
✅ Proficiency in ERP/accounting tools and Excel.
✅ Knowledge of taxation (VAT, corporate tax, etc.); payroll experience is a plus.
✅ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Fluent in Chinese and French; English is a plus.
