Madbox is a fast‑growing mobile gaming company that values ownership, creativity, performance and fun. As a Creative Developer, you will combine strong Unity and C# skills with a creative mindset to deliver visually impressive and interactive content.
Your future responsibilities and scope:

Modify and iterate on the gameplay in the Unity project, making the games as attractive as possible for advertising campaigns.
Distribute and share your modified versions of the games with the marketing team.
Record, cut and upload videos of your work to test and release ads on a global scale.
Suggest new concepts and ideas based on a strong understanding of current trends.
Benchmark competitors and analyze ad performance to constantly improve production quality.

The profile we are looking for:

Experience in casual and hyper‑casual game development using Unity.
A strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
A creative and hacker mindset.
Passion for visual storytelling, interactive content and level design.
Ability to quickly navigate and understand existing codebases.
Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender, Timeline and Cinemachine is a plus.
