These are your tasks:
As Head of Operations, you will be in charge of the industrial performance of the Toulouse site, with a particular focus on repair, maintenance, and customer support activities. You will lead the Production, Supply Chain, and Lean teams in a demanding environment where lead times, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction are key priorities.
Defining and implementing the operational strategy of the site, taking into account the specific challenges of MRO activities.
Overseeing repair flows, turnaround times, and the conformity of repaired products.
Ensuring the quality, traceability, and safety of operations in accordance with aeronautical standards.
Managing and developing production and logistics operational teams.
Leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, digitalization, repair process automation).
Maintaining close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and other units within the Group.
Who we are looking for:
You hold an engineering degree or an equivalent qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in an industrial aerospace environment, including repair or maintenance activities.
You possess a strong quality mindset and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements within the MRO sector.
You are recognized for your leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
You demonstrate operational rigor, with a strong focus on performance and customer satisfaction.
You are proficient in Lean tools and ERP systems (SAP).
You are fluent in both English and French, and ideally have knowledge of German.
